Leadership traits and skills are something that is a learned art and never something one is born with. Only the method of learning is different for each of us Human Beings, and that defines wether or not we become leaders as well as what kind of leaders we will be.
I hope no one is spending a lot of money for a "study" on this subject…
Leaders can be either "born" or made…It is a scientific reality that some of us are born with a certain brain makeup that gives certain people advantages at being one way or another…Geniuses and prodigy children, and even alcoholics, are all examples. That's not to say "all" people who have a certain brain makeup are all "leaders"…There are just too many variables to say it happens in EVERY case…They just have a BETTER chance of being able to tap into that part of the brain that is more prevalant in them.
