Irrational people aren't affected by rational laws.

If you believe that life begins with inception, then why aren't you campaigning for all in-vitro embryos to be carried full term? There are thousands of frozen babies out there, right?

No, it's not by conception. I believe it's somewhere during the pregnancy stage but not when its just one cell.

I agree with papadawg. I think that if these laws actually do help keep mothers from simply murdering their children (whether in utero or after birth), then they are good.

Hey Jared, since you are in NYC, do you know just when a human being is actually considered a human being?

It is MY belief that human life starts at conception – to me that is when a human being is a human being.

Do you know when the state of New York considers a human being a human being?

Since we(actually, my wife) knew the lady that got the safe haven law passed in California, I know for a FACT that these laws are saving lives!

I would rather see these laws in place rather than the abortion (which I call the unfettered wholesale slaughter of the unborn) laws.

But then again, that is just my not-so-humble opinion. B)

I don't think they are. These people are sick and I don't think it's going to stop them from killing their newborns.
