If you don't have the cash, what good is your idea to the rest of us?
Yes. It's unbelievable. It should be free. If you don't have the cash, you can't protect your idea.
You know, just asking a question without any information on the subject seems a little useless to me.
How about putting a dollar figure – you know, what the actual currant cost of a patent app is – so we can actually have a base to go from.
My cousin, who has several patents to his credit, says that those costs are justifiable. His only complaint is that the patent lawyer takes way too long for the research into previous patents and costs skyrocket as a result.
I have no idea what I am talking about, but that is just my not-so-humble opinion anyway.B)
