The religious say that God has a plan for all of us, the non-religious say that is poppycock.
I am one who believes that sometimes bad things do happen for good reasons, not all the time though. I also believe that sometimes good things do happen for bad reasons, yet not all the time.
It is when we reach a common or middle ground that life is most pleasant, however that is also not all the time though.
We do live out the results of the daily decisions that we make, and sometimes we don't.
FYI – All this makes just about as much sense as what Jared said. I am sure that SunTzu has a lot to say about all this . . . But then, maybe not. :S B)

Yes! They are not always plausible or logical reasons, but there is always a reason why things are a certain way, whether they are good or bad reasons, they're still reasons.
