Anyone who runs from a police car is posing a real danger to the innocent public and should be caught.
Anyone who advocates shooting the tires of a speeding car – from a moving helicopter or any other vehicle – not only has seen too many hollywood movies, but is in serious need of psychiatric help!

As if one car traveling at high speed wasn't enough, getting police to chase aforementioned car usually will just increase the danger. If a car is traveling at a really high speed then I think that the police shouldn't chase unless in certain circumstances.
