No way. All humans are different and we all want to experience different cultures. There is no way the human race is ever going to agree to a single earth culture. I wouldnt agree to it.
Yes, we will all become part of a culture that celebrates our uniqueness and tells us we're all special individuals, when really we're all pretty much the same.

No. Because you can want in one hand and spit in the other hand and only the hand that you spit in will have any sort of a substance in it.
Money is a means to some kinds of culture. I doubt you can say that all people desire the accumulation of wealth though.

I think there is no need for a single culture. It's what make people unique and different and interesting. AND I find it interesting to learn about the different cultures of the world including the many languages! Without different languages some people could be out of jobs. For instance translators and foreign language teachers.
