		<description>It seems like that is the way things have become due to the vast amounts of cash that is needed to run for any office. 
 
I would think that campaign spending limits should be set to ZERO to solve that problem.  Serving the public in a political capacity should be a volunteer position. 
 
Just my not-so-humble opinion. B) </description>
