The U.S. invented the Internet, Cellular Telephones, Satellite Telephones, and not to mention Personal Computers and Laptop Computers.
What kind of globalization are you asking about?
That shift has less to do with globalization and more to do with technology. And it's also not limited to the US. Decentralization is one of the hallmarks of the American system already. I don't see how that changes us therefore.
Ive seen World Wide Web servers in Rome. Something about the scientists that are working with the vatican, i cant explain it fully. And what about Universalization!? xD
