I don't think so. North Korea completely isolated themselves from the rest of the world, while terrorism flourishes in Iran, so that would be the greater threat.

Iran is a threat to Israel, thereby it is a threat to the U.S. (any threat to our allies is a threat to us)
North Korea is a threat to South Korea, thereby a threat to the U.S. (any threat to our allies is a threat to us)
The answer to your question is – BOTH are equal threats to the U.S. by being a threat to our allies.
