Communism is and has been a failed social experiment that has done nothing for humankind except foster dictatorships.
Dictators live in absolute luxury while their subjects live in squalor – such is the case in North Korea, Cuba, and has been the case in Communist China to something of a lesser extent. The world is slowly learning that in order for humankind to be prosperous, humankind must be free and have what we call individual liberty. North Korea just might be taking some lessons from China as China is slowly evolving into a free enterprise country.
The biggest threat now to humanity is all these new theocratic dictatorships that are emerging in the middle east – not just as bad as communism . . . much, much worse.
