Yes and no one even realizes it.
Technology has IMPROVED our health in thousands of ways, and it seems people overlook that simple fact, and take it for granted since they aren't in any position of danger right at the moment. Of course, technology does do a lot of damage, but overall it does much more good than harm. And it's incredibly easy to find the flaws of anything, but ultimately, if there isn't something better to propose in its place, the arguments hold no merit.
If man is to move forward, then man must have technology. However, there will always be those who believe that man is the ultimate evil with man's technology. These are the same people who still believe that the world is flat.
Just my not-so-humble opinion. B)
Yes it is.
Aside from causing us to reach all-new heights of laziness and obesity it has assisted us greatly. Sadly technology has its price sometimes. Believe me, that price is bigger than what most percieve it to be.
I think technology has been applied in ways that both help and hurt our health. It is causing us to become a more sedentary society which poses risks to our health, and it can also make us more lazy at times, but at the same time it is helping us to learn more about the human body and making us more efficient. Balance is key.
