Africa is one of the worst countries. Millions are sent to help stop the spread of HIV, and only thousands are given out to the public. You keep talking crap about funding paranormal investigations when you have no idea where all the funding for Africa goes.

I would say so. Aid to other countries, from our Federal Government, is not Constitutional. Now, if private citizens want to give aid, more power to them!
Yep. Haiti shouldn't have gotten a dime from the government. People want to give their own money? That's cool. But I don't want any politician getting political street cred by giving away tax payer dollars (see other people's money) to a foreign country. That's some serious bull shit.
Is it possible to be too helpful to people who have nothing? You pay your taxes to the Government who distribute it how they seem fit. If they want to spend £3 trillion on a war as in Afghanistan or send $50 million to help the Haitians, i know which one i would be more proud of.

Ok, first of all, Africa is not a country. It’s naive to think the U.S. helps other countries without an agenda, which is not necessarily bad, it is what it is… They only help to exercise soft-power among nations, and maintain their status, because that’s what a hegimony does. Obviously some of you are not familiar with these concepts and political strategies, hence the previous posts. In other words, with all due respect: some of you don’t know what you’re talking about, so I rest my case.
