I find it hard to believe the people who attacked us can't just blow up a bus or subway. You can walk into a subway station with a backpack and no one will think twice. I personally believe there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know. We only know what the media allows us to know. Not so sure. There are exactly 535 of them, and they are all in Washington D.C. masquerading as U.S. Senators and members of the House of Representatives. There is some. Terrorists exist. But their ability to do much of anything with some refinements in security precautions (not the overblown fortress mentality of most Americans) is a very small risk. You're in far greater danger of being killed by another American for any number of reasons, a few of which relate to political acts of terrorism. Then in that case, not so much of a threat. In 1995 and 1996 we had bombs go off, along with a series of them over 17 years ending 1995. We've had an ongoing campaign of terror against abortion clinics.
