Yes it should be illegal.
That all depends on what you consider a "get rich quick" scheme.
The standard pyramid or "Ponzi" game is already illegal.
However, Amway is not and it depends mostly on how many people you can get in your down-line. The difference between Amway and Pyramid is that the Amway person has to sell product before his or her up-line can get paid and that is what makes it all legal.
Panning for gold is legal and that is a get rich scheme, well to some it is . . .
So is drilling for oil . . .
Just my not-so-humble opinion.
Money runs the world, people will always find ways to cheat others to better themselves. All people care about is power.
There's no way to effectively do this. There will always be cheats and always be suckers. "Buyer beware" is an excellent piece of advice.
Yea but we aren't necessarily talking about products. We are talking about services as well. Those commercials that promise like 200k a year.
