i don't think they should completely. They seem to be running the entire show and that's not the best choice for America and not the best choice for the ocean.
In order to cap and control a runaway oil well, be it on land or under five thousand feet of water, first you have to unbolt the broken head and then replace it with a head that is strong enough to handle the pressure and that head must be equipped with a valve in order to shut it off.
When this well first broke that was the plan. So why don't you ask the EPA and the Obama administration why they forbid this plan? And while you are at it, ask them why they refused assistance from the Dutch who has the expertise and equipment to accomplish that plan?
Whining about who is going to pay for all this is just adding to the stupidity of our very corrupt government headed up by Obama and his Marxist cohorts.
It was their oil rig and their mess so i think they should clean it up. :@
