I believe there is some leniency and a grace period there, but I'm not a big fan of the shipping charges and the re-stocking fees that they have. You shouldn't have to pay to send a product back that is defective or that is not of quality, and you shouldn't have to pay for the piece of crap to be put back on the shelf.
Spoken like a true "New-Yawker" . . .
There is a saying from my youth . . . "Let the buyer beware."
This means that if you want to purchase something, don't just take the salesman's word for it. do some research on your own and find out if the manufacturer and the store that sells it are reliable and honest.
The same thing holds true in politics – Quite obviously the majority of voters in this country have forgotten that simple rule and that is how we got stuck with the present POTUS.
Just my not-so-humble opinion. B)
