		<description>Replacing a faulty product with one that works, or effecting the necessary corrections to the product should be compensation enough. 
 
The buyer should be astute enough to research the product to ascertain its reliability and viability prior to its purchase.  Government should never be ones babysitter, that is the path to relinquishing all liberty. 
 
Just my not-so-humble opinion. B) </description>

		<description>Yes, otherwise what are the repercussions for corporations that sell faulty products?  Just issue a recall and temporary stop sales?  Now if they were forced to refund consumers who have a valid recalled item, then there would be more incentive to get it right the first time.  </description>
