Why not? I own one – Dodge Durango 4X4, great for snow or desert.
These vehicles are NOT dangerous, unless you mistreat them or use them for what they were never intended . . . In other words, you MUST know how to drive.
Just like any other piece of machinery, in order to be able to operate it, first you must be smarter than the machinery (aka having some common sense).
