Criminals are becoming less unstable and people are becoming dumber with security…..i think a super computer that would live by the three rules like in IROBOT should just come to power and take control of the world. So then everyone will be safe from criminals. And prisons should be harsher also, the criminals have created there own way of life in prison and its not changing most of them so why send them to prison? Its just going to make them meaner and harsher. They should be sent to prisons like Alcatraz but with more security or even sent to Azkiban.
