I think if it's a little problem, the homeowners should have to fix it, but I've walked on some sidewalks that people can get seriously hurt on, and the homeowners don't do crap, so they should be responsible, but the government should help out with the pricing because it's expensive.
I agree with you, its complete bs. Get off your butt and do something for once. You have guys like us working and making sure our stuff is safe, but our own neighbors can't do anything but watch football and hunt coyotes.
I don't think homeowners should be responsible. Do you have any idea how much all of it costs?
