Yes I believe they should, but I don't know how much good it would do for countries like Cuba where they threaten people to vote for Castro.
Yeah, sure, why not!
Yeah. That works so well for our own country. Letting politicians further regulate the way we vote, giving them even more control over us. Why shouldn't countries, whose governments' already have more power over their citizens, take that much more control over them?
