I think so. It's ridiculous some of the laws they have on fireworks, especially in the state of New York.
Honestly, I think it should be based on population density. Fireworks can be dangerous, but if you're out in the country then who the fuck cares? There's plenty of room to shoot that stuff off. Plus it's damn fun
