He's pushing to be the first President of the EU. Now that the Lisbon Treaty has passed. It's more big government crap and political positioning. Sarkozy can go f himself in my not-so-humble opinion.

He is the duly elected President of France.

And that means that he can try anything he wants to for his country – It is the French who give him the power, not other countries.
