They should enact strong laws against the dangerous misuse of those laser pointers, and accompany those laws with severe forms of punishment.

The misuse of laser pointers can cause great bodily harm and even put peoples lives in jeopardy.
I agree with you on this PapaDawg. They are dangerous. They can blind people. What is the point in buying a laser pointer that isn't hooked up to a gun for aim accuracy.
No, i like to play with them with my cat. Its hilarious when he chases it around the house. And i make sure to keep it out of anyones eyes, especially mine!
