Should illegal immigrants receive health care?

Let me think about this one for a minute, no. Why is it so hard to just throw these people back over the border? This is what I don't get. These illegal immigrants take American jobs off-the-books and then when they get hurt, they take money away from our tax-paying dollars, and then they'll sue the hospital or us or whatever. Are they for real? Does anyone think about putting a band-aid on them and just pushing them over the border, or maybe transporting them to a hospital back over the border?
Should they receive health CARE, yes. Should they get it for free? No. Should the doctor and/or hospital be required to report them, yes.
Okay, solution. Feds arrive at the scene. They become an American citizen, and they get put to work for the government if they can't find a job. They pay off the debt plus a fine for trying to sneak in.
I think they should still receive health care at a price.
The fact that this is even a question shows how much trouble our society is in.

I think they should be treated, but they should definitely pick up the bill and be forced to pay it. We are too lenient with these people. Those that come from other countries look at America in two ways: 1. an opportunity 2. a way to rob the system.
We should hire more individuals to hunt down these scum and send them back to the border. If they really wanted to be an American citizen, then they have to apply to be one like everyone else.
To prevent us from paying for their medical expenses, we have to prevent them from coming into and living in the country to begin with. How do we do this? Well, I'm sure that a lot of us have seen illegal immigrants before or have a feeling that some are. What this country needs is a system for citizens to report individuals, anonymously, for a simple screening. Now, I know people will abuse the system, which is why it has to be as simple as possible. All you have to do is go up to them and ask them for a driver's license or a birth certificate, and you are in the clear. I feel that they are actually able to live in the country because individuals have no where to go and report this without being asked your name and being questioned and all of that.
In most states, all you have is 911. Some have 311, which is a step up, but it's not enough. They still ask for names, and the cops will show up at your door when they can't find the problem. Most people want to report a crime, but they don't want the problem lagging on to them, which is understandable. Why make your life harder than it already is?
Americans need a system where they can report illegal aliens without them having to come forward. Things will get done so much more that way.
I apologize, if they were an American citizen, they would have some form of identification letting government agents know. Now, instead of having this go through the FBI or the police department, what if you created jobs by having agents, whose sole job purpose is to respond to anonymous tips by other citizens. You can even create a good name for the agency too, like Illegal Immigration Officer or something. The whole point though is that the citizens are the ones who see these people every day, and they are the ones who should be blowing the whistle, anonymously.
Run for President Jay and push this idea through!

no we shouldnt help them at all! my tax money is to help my fellow AMERICANS!!!! not them..plain and simple…shoot them ! dont waste resources and money shipping them back start killing them and they'll stop breaking our laws….too harsh? i think not
