If there are male nurses, then why can't men be babysitters. I wouldn't be a perfect candidate though.
I don't see why not. But then, it depends on the man. I mean I wouldn't want a pedophile to watch my kids. I think it doesn't matter who does babysitting as long as there is a background check to make sure that they aren't wanted for anything, and that they have a stable home life, whether they be marries or not.
Fortunately for me, my son's are grown up and out of the house.
Of course they can be, what a silly question. Of course not all men would be qualified, but not all women are good babysitters either.
Why not? Sort of up to parents who hire them. But really all you're needing is a supervisor while the parents are out and about. Any responsible older child would suffice.
