Yes. Justice must always be served, no matter how long ago it all was.
I'm pretty sure there's no Statute of Limitation on "Crimes Against Humanity". But aren't most if not all of the top level Nazi's dead now?
How about just change it to "war criminals".
WW2 was a long time ago. Who did we miss rounding up by now?
How many are still alive?
Furthermore, when will we Humans realize that we need to leave the past behind?
While on the point of Nazis, that's a pretty old past, are you saying that if someone committed a crime in.. I assume the quasi-distant past, you would ignore it? How far back does that need to be? 60-70 years is pretty far obviously (given that most such crimes are committed by people now dead), but what about half that?
I think that if they're still locked up, then it should be considered time served.
If you don't have them locked up, then there are much better uses of your resources in tracking down criminals who aren't on life support.
So basically my answer is no.
