Look, it's cool if they want to marry, but don't adopt a child. Children come from a guy and a girl having a relationship, not same-sex relationships. Getting a dog could be an alternative.

It is my personal opinion that Homosexuals and lesbians should not be allowed to adopt.

Yea, but I don't know man, from looking at male homosexuals compared to women homosexuals, I think women homosexuals are better fit to be parents.
I would think that from the current studies that show that children, particularly male children, need a father, there's a flaw in your logic. Perhaps male homosexual couples would be better suited to the task of raising a child?
exactly! i mean i personally dont encourage gay marriages but its legal now. what does thta tell you?? its ok to be gay now. its actully identified as a mental state now and i dont think we should discriminate people based on sexual orientation. and besides, who needs adopting more?? heterosexual couples who can have their own kids or homosexuals who can't have kids of their own? think about it. we say that its ok for heterosexuals to adopt children when its actually the homosexuals who need this priviledge the most! and besides isnt it better for a child to have two moms or two dads than not to have anyone at all?

I think all of you who have posted comments against homosexuals adopting children have failed to put forward a valid argument. (and need to think about how close minded and stupid you sound) You cant force your religious views on other people. How another couple lives there life and raises a child has no effect on you and you chance of getting into the heaven you choose to believe in. Homosexual relationships are proven to be just as stable (if not more in some cases) as heterosexual relationships. Allowing homosexuals to adopt children is not entering a slippery slope it is strictly proving homes for children who really need then in a caring, loving, and open minded environment.
That is ridiculous. Having a child is one of the best things in life! How can you deprive people of that joy just because they are different? I think that gay couples should have all of the same rights as anyone else. The only reason people are against it is religion. And doesn't the first amendment give us freedom of religion? Well, if you're gay, obviously you don't feel the same way, which means that denying them of a child goes against the first amendment.
