Yes. Anyone who smokes is weak, so people who don't smoke shouldn't have to face some consequences because of it.
I usually believe in free choice, but I am more concerned about the employees. One bar worker dies a week in the UK from secondhand smoke.
If that were true fact, then the UK will have no bars by the end of this next decade.
In my not-so-humble opinion, the offensive odor of cigarette and cigar smoke should be the deciding factor in banning smoking in restuarants. B)
