No. That will never happen though.
The stock market is investor driven, and investor's have always watched and heeded the advice of analysts.
So why did you ask this moot question in the first place?
A better question would be: "Does the market rely on analysts' opinions or do the analysts merely have opinions about what the market is doing?"
Chicken or the egg problem.
(and I assume we've somehow short-handed the/a "stock market" as an approximation of "the market", which is not in fact what the stock market does, it is a place to trade capital and information flows and is therefore "a market" but not "the market").
