Certainly. I think what's going on in Japan is a lot more important than what we have going on here in the states so we should definitely be giving more money to them. We can afford it.
How can we afford to give away what we do not have? In case you haven't been paying attention lately (and you have NEVER paid attention), the currant POTUS has run the national debt up si high that we are now considered a debtor nation – and if we took one million dollars each and every year since the birth of Christ we still would not have made a dent into our national debt. You seriously need to wake up and get your head out of the sand.
Japan does not need more money – they have more than enough. All of our military people stationed over there are helping out in search and rescue, delivering supplies, and medical aide. They are also assisting with the one reactor that is having problems.
What else would you think we could do?
We cannot afford to give away anymore money because were trillions of dollars in debt and that number is growing by the billions everyday.
America has been there to help at almost every natural disastor in history. And Japan is much further in technology than America so im sure they will be able to get back on track once they regain control of those reactors but i think America could send some power generators over there to put power into them. Theres gotta be a power generator big enough and poweful enough right? And movable?
