		<description>Why?  What purpose would it serve?  And if you do make it a law, who is going to pay for the ten &quot;seat belt police&quot; officers that would have to be assigned to each and every bus - including school buses - to enforce that law?!? 
 
FYI - (and this is for all you young uneducated folks out there) - you can make laws from hell to breakfast that cover literally every aspect of your lives . . . However, whether those laws are practical, logical, or actually enforceable, should be closely considered before drafting and passing those laws. 
 
On the other hand . . . All you actually need is only ONE law.  The law of common sense.  That law would cover anything that any normal person might consider insensible behavior - You know, like driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of muscle relaxants such as alcohol or other medications, etc.  If you do not act in a sensible manner, then you are in violation of the law. 
 
I think a law like that would make all those shyster lawyers really happy - they could be spending all their time in court instead of in politics.  Now THAT would make me a VERY happy camper!
