I don't know. I kind of like the smog. It's fun to look at.
Yeah I agree.
The real question is – would the smog or pollutants follow the new rules if they haven't followed the rules already in place?
You can make rules and laws up the gumpstump, however, how will those rules and laws be enforced?
Something to think about . . .
