Yes, it is useless. If these people want to bury their own graves and live in caves and stuff, so be it. They are ten thousand years behind America. Bring our troops home, and let them live their own lives, instead of trying to fix a sinking ship.

Still I don't see anything more US troops can do over there, they have a government, they have a military, time to let them fend for themselves. That's what the people want anyway!
Well the war is over, its now up to the Iraqi government to keep the stability in that nation. So far it is doing pretty well.
Currently, US troops are more focused on Afghanistan and the coming war with Iran. So if the situation does get bad in Iraq, I say leave it alone. We can't be bothered constantly going in to help them everytime something goes wrong.
By the end of October Israel and Iran will be at war. We will have to focus all our energy on supporting Israel, so we can't be bothered with Iraq.
I believe our U.S troops and allies should stay and finish this scuffle. Yes war is a tragedy as is the loss of life, but why should we act as we did in Vietnam and let their government crumble. This war must be won by the United States of America.
