Why arent the oil companies being affected by this news of pollution and what its doing to the earth? Because they are blinded by all the money. They could at least start doing research on renewable technology. It would make alot of people feel happier. Plus i bet more people would donate money to that cause.

I watched an old lady get questioned by a cop for supposedly dropping a tissue on the ground. Maybe more like that would be good.

Only thing you can do is clean up yourself, can't make other people do things.

Never mind asking algore, he is totally clueless . . .

If you want to do your part in fighting pollution, then PICK UP YOUR TRASH!

Just my not-so-humble opinion.

Well, we can protest and get the corporations to produce more eco-friendly products, which they are beginning to do anyway since consumers love hearing that type of thing and buy the product, thinking they have done something well for society. I guess you can never put too much money into cleanup with all the crap that is tossed around.

The one tough part is getting the corporations to stop with the air pollution and all of that. We need some politicians, who aren't accepting payments from them and who realize that money isn't everything and that promoting change and love are the two greatest parts of living, to step up to the plate and come down hard on them.

If we don't get those humble, intellectual, moral politicians to fight for us, then nothing will get done and the problem will keep building up.

That's one of the problems with living in America. We may all be free, but we aren't always solving the problems ourselves. We elect individuals we don't even know, who have mastered the art of public speaking, to do the fighting for us. It's scary, if you think about it.
