If Microsoft doesn't change their ways (trying to be the 500lb gorilla of the computation world), then TheJared will be right. More good firms have gone by the wayside due to poor management and thinking they are too big to fail (like Microsoft's attitude seems to be nowadays). From lousy products (the currant Windows O/S and recent other O/S programs) to trying to encroach and control cell phone/"smart" phones, Microsoft has now bitten off much more than they can afford to chew.
