Not even. The politicians sparred no expense. Went right into their pockets. It should go to paranormal research, because pretty-much every state besides New York, Florida, and California have nothing better to do.

By non-profit organizations (well, the ones that are still allowed to function in American that is)? Anything and everything that they are willing to contribute. Money. Food. Clothing. Medical Care. Labor. Etc…
