There are only two things in life that are completely uncontrollable; 1) When life begins. 2) When life ends. The same is true for our vast Universe.
There is only one thing we all must remember; Never to worry over that of which we have absolutely no control.
When life begins and when life ends have some control. They're not "completely uncontrollable". People and animals can kill organic things (plants, animals, even humans), and they have some degree of control over mortality as a result.
And it's not difficult to start a life. You can do this in a laboratory if needs be, but you can also have a pretty good idea as a human being (or as most animals, who have far more obvious signals to work with) when there is a degree of fertility to impregnate and reproduce new life.
According to your statement here, YOU decided when YOU were going to be born? WOW, I didn't know that YOU were actually God . . .
Since you are now self-proclaiming to be God, when will the Universe end?
Really, STS, you seriously need to think about what you say. We humans do not decide when we will be born (and for that matter, where we are born and what sex we are when born).
No. I said that the origin point for life can be controlled. I did not say that I personally control when my own origin begins. Nowhere does that point appear in the above paragraphs. As usual, you should try reading what I actually wrote. If the above statement had included something like "my life begins" or "my life ends" rather than just "life" your juvenile attempt at a retort would be meaningful.
Life as a general process has very possible controls for origination and destruction. Your point above presumed to state that it is a completely chaotic and uncontrollable event. This is false. Life destroys other life all the time, and likewise, creates it under very predictable, ie "controllable" circumstances. It is not reasonable to draw the conclusion that because we personally have less control over our endpoints and no control over our point of origin that the universe as a whole operates under the same precepts. Such logic is very egocentric (not terribly surprising from you, but still completely incorrect, also not terribly surprising).
Incidentally, the likelihood of me claiming to be a deity of any kind is approaching the zero bound. It also does not logically follow that a claim of power over life and death (a claim which I did not advance myself as having, this is only a power that I am aware of existing) is a power solely possessed by deities in the first place. Such a claim would hardly constitute a "god complex" for the reasons I listed above.
Quite frankly, you could scarcely have insulted me more than to compare me to your vain, spiteful and jealous god. I congratulate you for that.
