The recession must have something to do with this, but this developed before that.
We are currantly staying at an RV park along the Colorado River. It is full of "Snowbirds" in their RV's from the northern states and Canada.
We had to search far and wide to find one with any space available.
So to answer your question; Nope, we Americans are just as "Nomadic" as we have ever been!
Sometimes I just wonder where you folks get your questions from . . . . .

So people are keeping their homes and not moving to another state? That is what you call not being Nomadic? Y'all need to look at RV sales and RV parks. We "Nomadic Americans" are still here and going places!
