The organization is way too spread out to really be affected by his demise. However, I do not think that they will be as effective without a charismatic figurehead like he had become lately.
They wont crumble. Theres always going to be another leader to take control so they wont crumble. You cannot win a war on terror because its a thought and a thought cannot be destroied.
