No. Facebook is only valuable as a who. If it get's into financial trouble, then it will be sold and remain in tact under new ownership.
Don't know much about their financial woes and really don't care. I do, however, care about what information that these so-called "social networking" websites require of those who wish to participate on them. Giving up a lot of personal info just to be able to gossip seems like a dangerous thing to me. That is why I do not got to those sites.
