I don't think so. I think the company is too large for anyone to be concerned about a privacy policy.
Don't you mean lack of privacy?
Personally, I don't think it is a big deal, if you are looking for privacy what are you doing posting on a public site?
I don't use facebook, twitter, IM or anything like that because I do value my privacy.
For those who do use them, that is your choice, and your choice will determine if they remain successful.
