No. They don't have the incentive to do so. The cost of finally defeating North Korea (which the South would probably be able to do more or less on its own) would be the attack and destruction of Seoul with massed artillery. The status quo of blackmail every couple years for petty offences by the North is cheaper. The only way the ROK would and could attack is if China lines up troops on the Yaloo and threatens to invade the North. That's not happening anytime soon (but is out there as a possibility).
