Kind of an open-ended question with "ever" thrown in there.
In my/our lifetime, probably not.
We're too likely to intervene instead of see how it shakes out for one, which introduces some great power dynamics to any regional efforts at internal stability. I don't anticipate the Israel-Palestine question to be resolved soon. Iran might topple over parts of its autocratic regime, but I doubt that will happen soon. Saudis and Egypt don't have any incentives to topple over their regimes (particularly so long as we prop them up). Iraq's a mess. And Yemen sounds like it's about to have a civil war over water.

Not anytime in the foreseeable future. Of course, a lot of that has to do with the fact that we (America) keep stirring the pot with things like bombing innocent civilians and attacking countries for no reason and with no formal declaration of war, making sure we always take Israel's side over anyone else's….yeah. Then of course you have the typical problems- clan infighting, rulers that just flat don't like other rulers…
Well, the area has been unstable for thousands of years.
America needs to step in and control it all. We pretty much have the right to do so since they are violating our rights with these terrorists that they can't control and that the government allows.
Never will happen, we just need to pull everyone away from that stuff once and for all.
Yeah, because our attempt to step in and control it all has led to such good things…
To answer the question – NO!
And neither will the re4st of this planet.
That is until mankind decides to give up controlling every other human being on this planet.

You mean we have to stop restricting free trade and labor and the ability of poor people to come to our country and make a living? And we can't keep people from doing what they want with their bodies, if that be having sex with a person of the same sex or aborting a baby? And we should stop the two wasteful, horrendously expensive in lives and money wars in the Middle East?!
