Yes there will be, but it will take many years.
Being that my brother just passed away two weeks ago from stomach cancer, I sure hope so. However, having said that, I honestly believe that if there ever is a cure for cancer it will not be in my lifetime nor in anyone who is alive right now's lifetime. There has been recent promise with nano technology and bio-nano technology within the cancer research community and even more promising research with adult stem cell procedures – (Yes, I know that all the Liberals out there want to use embryonic stem cells for all kinds of medical research but I am one who believes that Human life does actually begin with the "egg" being fertilized with the sperm (also known as the point of conception) so I have been and always will be against killing Humans for medical research) – and that all those promising results will someday come to fruition. Only time will tell.
