She's hot, but I wouldn't want her to be my President.
Personally, I really just don't see her as a viable candidate.
She'd have to get through the nomination and then win an election. Both of these contests I consider her so unlikely to win that it's not even worth considering how "well" she would do at the actual job.
I suppose it's possible should capture a/the party nomination. But that'd look like '84 in reverse for Republicans in the general election. Good luck with that.

Sara Palin would do very well as POTUS, much better than the currant one.
The POTUS is judged not by his/her abilities, but by the people that he/she selects to be surrounded by and those he/she would put in leadership/decision making areas.
Take a short look at past Presidents and their cabinets for instance. Jimmy Carter = a nutcase if ever there was one, Ronald Reagan = knew how to pick the right people, George H.W. Bush = stumble here and there, Bill Clinton = couldn't think with the head on his shoulders if his life depended on it as long as there was a young intern available, George W. Bush = far cry from his dad as he was another one who put the right people in the right places. Barack H. Obama = never knew a communist or marxist he didn't like.
I have no doubt in my mind that Mrs. Palin would know how to pick the right people for the right jobs.
Palin can't be president, she's a girl.
Who has she picked to do things that would serve to give you that certainty? What's her track record here?

(Also, to raise issue with the "Bush knew who to put in" comment- yeah, he seemed to have an instinctive sixth-sense about who would make the best war criminal, didn't he? ^.^ )

Not what gave me certainty in reverse from your statement.
There have been charges. There aren't any arrests because we have all the guns, so to speak.
Like Sun Tzu said, there have been charges. And there have been no arrests because the "state" has a vested interest in maintaining the facade that Bush was justified in everything. But anyway.
The state also rarely, if ever, prosecutes one of its own for decisions made on its behalf, no matter how egregious. This includes the little fish like cops and soldiers.
